There is hereby incorporated by reference, for the purpose of regulating and managing floodplains within the corporate limits of the City of Frontenac, Kansas, a “Floodplain Management Ordinance,” with any amendments described hereinafter. At least one copy of said Floodplain Management Ordinance shall be marked “Official Copy as adopted by Ordinance No. 2009-02” and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
